US: SCOTUS to Hear Virginia Transgender Case With Big Implications for Ed Policy and Beyond
The 74 – October 27, 2016

G.G., involves 17-year-old Gavin Grimm from Virginia, who argued that his high school’s policy barring him from the boys’ restroom violated Title IX, the federal law banning sex discrimination in public schools.
