US: Heitkamp named to new National Commission on Native Children

A local leader has been named to a new National Commission on Native Children. Senator Heidi Heitkamp, (D-N.D.) Wednesday announced the first two members. They are Russ McDonald, current president of the United Tribes Technical College in Bismarck and Anita Fineday, Managing Director of Indian Child Welfare Program for the Casey Family Programs
