US: Child Abuse May Shorten Some Women’s Lives
HealthDay News – August 17, 2016
Women who suffered physical or emotional abuse as children often die at a younger age than other women, a new study suggests. Researchers found that among nearly 6,300 middle-aged U.S. adults, female survivors of child abuse were more likely to die over the next 20 years, versus other women.
