United Kingdom: Child protection services failing children as estimated 320k kids at risk of abuse

Chief inspector Sir Michael Wilshaw said the youngsters would be safer with foster parents or in children’s homes. He said: “They are the ones we should worry about most. In the most serious cases they are being completely failed.”
