Apart from the amendments propose for consideration which include raising the marriage age from as young as 12 for girls and 14 for boys to 18 years, he said, the AG?s office will continue to provide statistical information on marriages and “associated mischief to be found in the voice of the child issues” as it relates to child abuse, child neglect, teenage pregnancies, the issue of abortions and related issues involving the rights of the child.
