The norms establish, among other things, that the lawfulness of the certificate of adoptive family is prolonged to two years, from one, as well as the granting of a maximum one year of leave of adjustment and of the monthly allowance during this leave. According to the source, the forms used in the adoption procedure were halved through the new normative act – 12 of which being cancelled and four simplified.
