Type of Services Provided: The Elder Justice Project provides senior citizens with access to quality legal representation and advice to address civil legal issues that arise from elder abuse, neglect, and/or financial exploitation.

Population Served: Northeast New Jersey Legal Services is a non-profit corporation supported with public and private funds. We provide free legal services to low-income residents of Bergen, Hudson and Passaic Counties in a variety of civil legal matters, including public benefits, housing, family, consumer, health, employment and education. Our attorneys, paralegals and support staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services and seek to assure that everyone is afforded equal access to the civil justice system.
