ENLS assist clients the low income community in situations affecting their survival. Program Priorities are: Housing, Public Assistance, Family Law, Domestic Violence, Consumer Law, Clearing Criminal Records, Elder Law Unit, Healthcare Law, and Homeless Services.
ENLS can only assist people who are low income Essex County residents or if living outside the County have a case in the Superior Court Essex County. Person must be seeking assistance with a civil (not a criminal) matter.
