PA: Drug abuse epidemic straining Children and Youth system
Tribune Democrat – January 15, 2017
“There’s definitely an increase in allegations of drug activity,” said Michelle Rager, assistant administrator for Cambria County Children and Youth Services. “In the ’90s, it was cocaine, and we’ve always had marijuana and alcohol,” Rager said. “Now we’re getting more and more reports of heroin, poly-drug abuse, unknown drugs.”
