PA: Back to school brings child abuse reports; Pa. says it’s better able to react (Includes video)

A Pennsylvania official on Thursday said the state has made great progress in improving a child-abuse reporting system that was rife with failures as of early 2015. Much of the problem involved ChildLine, the state-run child abuse reporting hotline that saw a surge in attempted reports in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
