The Children’s Aid Society’s mission is to support families living in poverty since 1853 in New York City. It serves 50,000 children and their families. Their help starts from the moment a child is born. The society offers early childhood programs, after school programs, summer camps, teen programs, a health division, foster care and adoption services.
