NY: ACS employees suspended after 6-year-old Zymere Perkins’ death return to work at lower positions
New York Daily News – November 16, 2016
Four top child welfare staffers suspended following the death of 6-year-old Zymere Perkins have returned to work, but in lower level jobs, officials said Wednesday. The four were suspended without pay for 30 days following the Sept. 26 death of the little boy, whose mother and companion were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
