NY: $10 million in funding for investigating child abuse announced
Watertown Daily Time – April 10, 2017
Early this week, the state announced $10 million in funding for eligible organizations committed to investigating and responding to cases of child abuse. The New York State Office of Victim Services is offering grants to state-approved child advocacy centers to offset costs, including the installation of video recording equipment and hiring of specially trained staff to interview young victims of sexual and physical abuse.
