World …Adoption Day is a day to raise funds to support families in their adoption. Ambassadors from all over the world are organizing events and parties, bringing together people from all walks of life to celebrate World Adoption Day. Join us as we create a day to celebrate the power and beauty of family brought together through adoption.   http://worldadoptionday.org/.
Celebrate with us by sharing your adoption story and posting a smiley face hand.
1. Draw a smiley face on your hand.
2. Take a selfie showing your smiley face hand. …
3. Post it to Facebook/twitter/Instagram and tag #worldadoptionday.

November 18th: National Adoption Day:  National Adoption Day is a collective national effort to raise awareness of the more than 100,000 children in foster care waiting to find permanent, loving families. For information, log onto:  http://www.nationaladoptionday.org/.  New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families will be finalizing adoptions across the state on this day and throughout November.
Please take a minute to thank our families who have created forever families for our children in foster care,  supported our adoptive families and professionals who work with our families touched by adoption.
