NJ: Bill supporting treatment centers for abused children advances in N.J. Senate

The Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee approved legislation that would increase funding for child advocacy centers, which house law enforcement, prosecutors, child welfare officials, mental health providers, medical experts and victims’ advocates under one roof.
