NJ: Adoptees face an added wait for birth certificates (Includes video)

Adoptees waiting to see their original birth certificates may have to wait a little longer. The state Department of Health, which is implementing the new law that allows adoptees to request a copy of their birth certificates, wants to allow plenty of time for requests for redaction from birth parents to arrive by mail.
