Moving to another Foster Home

  • Robe, Adam

A Special Note from Robbie Rabbit: Take it from me–moving to a new foster home isn’t easy at first. When I first found out I was moving, I didn’t want to talk with anyone about how I felt. But after a while, I got tired of feeling bad even though I pretended everything was OK. My caseworker asked me a few questions before I moved. She listened to my answers and we ended up talking for a while. She had some good ideas that we’re going to try after I get settled in at my new foster home. I think our talk really helped, so I asked her to write down the questions for you on these pages. You should work through these activities with your caseworker, CASA or new foster parents.
