Research shows that children of color experience worse outcomes at every level of child welfare practices. This includes more reports, screen-ins, investigations, substantiations, and recommendations for removal than their counterparts. This can be especially true for LGBTQ+ youth of color. Using an intersectional lens, this webinar will explore strategies for achieving racial equity within agencies.
