Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Although most people have heard of Alzheimer’s Disease, many do not have a full understanding of what it means to have this diagnosis or the other brain diseases that also cause memory loss such as Vascular Dementia, Lewy Body Disease and Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia. Dementia is not a normal part of aging. Understanding the disease causing memory loss can help caregivers provide support and plan for the future. Participants will learn about the various diseases that cause memory loss, tools and techniques for diagnosing, current treatments and strategies for improving quality of life.
