A Whimsical Virtual Theater Experience About Suicide & Bullying Prevention

This is a virtual youth-friendly version of the Wizard of Iz- Parents and Guardians are invited and encouraged to attend -Description- Imagine there is a sister city to ‘Oz’, where the desperate go. This play addresses the everyday experience of those struggling with suicidal ideation and behavior; they believe they have no choice but to end it all due to the pain they are experiencing. It is a poignant and celebratory story of one woman’s journey deep into her fear and hopelessness due to childhood bullying. In the Land of IZ she has the opportunity to hear testimony from her feelings and to make peace with them. The ultimate message of the presentation is to recognize the ongoing ability to make new choices and to appreciate each moment…WHAT IZ!!
