Imaginary Mothers (1:03:08) One filmmaker’s quest to uncover the history of illegal adoption in Costa Rica reveals secrets about her own family’s history. Through the eyes of four birth mothers, a dark history of personal loss is explored. This film is ultimately about healing, redemption for Birth Mothers and the restoring of lost identity.
one by one (1:06:00) “One by One” documents one of the many examples of Compassion International child-advocacy ministry, which pairs compassionate people with those who are suffering from poverty.
The documentary shows the visit of children in Haiti by a group of Italian sponsors, their meetings with the sponsored children, which demonstrates the successful reality of Compassion in Haiti.
The aim is to sensitize as many people as possible by showing the concrete, lasting and Christ-centered relationship between each sponsor and his/her sponsored child.
