• Discuss health and mental health literacy challenges experienced by
diverse populations and communities throughout the life span.
• Describe how to assess the accuracy and trustworthiness of health,
behavioral health and disability-related information resources.
• Initiate networking and collaboration between libraries, consumers,
and health and human services professionals to address various
needs and build on community assets and strengths.
