National Readout of Aged Out: How We’re Failing Transition-Age Foster Youth January 14, 2021

Over the last year, Think Of Us, Bloom Works, and 5 partner sites across the U.S. teamed up to ask: What is child welfare missing for transition-age foster youth? Together, we discovered 3 big gaps. They are: healing and dealing with trauma, centering youth in their preparedness, and helping youth build a supportive network.
