Our National Arts & Culture series showcases award-winning photojournalists, filmmakers, authors, and other artists who are creating innovative and inspirational works that highlight end-of-life choices. This webinar features Filmmaker Sandra Luckow discussing her new documentary Vanishing: A Love Story which explores award-winning novelist Cai Emmons open-hearted journey towards death. We will explore the themes of the film – end-of life decisions, self-determination and personal agency – and what it means to find your voice. She will be joined by Cai’s husband Paul Calandrino.
