Mom2Mom Support Group April 25, 2025

Mom2Mom is hosting a virtual support group for parents of children with special needs. Our groups are hosted by other parents of children with special needs with a background in mental health and wellness. All services are free and confidential. We are here to support you with education, resources, social connections, and many of the challenges that come with caring for a special needs child.
If you are interested in attending, please reach out via phone, email or webchat through our website to first speak with one of our peers.

You are caring for your special needs child. Who is caring for you? Mom2Mom is a free and confidential helpline coordinated by Rutgers University Behavioral HealthCare. When you contact Mom2Mom you will be speaking with another parent of a child with special needs who truly understands. The Mom2Mom program features 24/7 web chat and telephone peer support, a network of child and family resources and referrals, mental health assessments, support groups, webinars, and education on stress management and overall wellness.
