This workshop will cover relevant LGBTQIA+ language, concepts, and sensitivity implementation. This will go through general communication practices like asking pronouns, systems inclusion techniques such as collecting SOGIE data respectfully, and policy and practice suggestions for further increase of inclusion and affirmation for our LGBTQIA+ clients and families.
