This workshop will focus on the ACEs study: what it is, what it found, and how we can apply this to whole person healing and wellness.

We will discuss inter-generational trend of trauma; how this can lead to higher risk for some populations; common outcomes; and how to interrupt those outcomes and help folks, as well as ourselves, make the shift toward healing.
