We will start by examining some of the largest CSAM cases in history, starting with the “Welcome to Video” case with more than one million paid subscribers. WE will examine how the FBI actually operated a child pornography ring which led to law enforcement understanding of just how prolific and sophisticated global child pornography rings have become that operate in the Dark Net.

The convergence of advanced technologies such as encryption, crypto currency, file sharing, mass audience live streaming, bullet-proof hosting and the Dark Net have created an entire new industry in the underground economy that is exploiting the most vulnerable of all victims – children and teens.

This session will look at how pedophiles meet, how they form large scale rings that are inaccessible to the general public, and how they build massive databases of videos and photos of exploited children.

Most important, we will examine the tools that law enforcement now use to infiltrate large scale rings and then trace the identity of millions of offenders right back to your neighborhoods. We will examine who the offenders are and some of the factors that surround pedophilia.
