Dementia – What Everyone Needs to Know July 08, 2025

I’d like to invite you to a Bring Your Own Lunch & Learn webinar hosted by Aging Individualized’s intern, Liz Ruff, as part of her final Internship project.

Liz is a Senior at UMBC, majoring in Management of Aging Services with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Having worked as a caregiver in Assisted Living communities throughout her youth, Liz is passionate about improving care for older adults. Her long-term goal is to open her own Assisted Living facility, and this project reflects the heart of her mission.

Her presentation, “Dementia – What Everyone Needs to Know,” is designed for everyone and anyone—whether you work in aging services or simply want to better understand dementia. It will cover essential information in a way that’s approachable and helpful to all. She has also created a Guidebook that will be sent to participants following the presentation.
