DE: Portions of DHS lawsuit involving DelCo children set for federal, district court

The civil lawsuit centers on nine children, then ages 4 through 17, and at least 17 reported incidents to DHS, from January 2004 to March 1, 2014 and none of them were investigated properly. There are also allegations that DHS workers concealed evidence of abuse and alerting Deidre Matthews when they would be making surprise visits, a state DHS violation.
