CT: More layoffs issued at Department of Children and Families
Associated Press – April 28, 2016
The Office of Policy and Management announced Wednesday that 14 employees at the state child welfare office received pink slips. To date, 127 DCF workers have been laid off as part of a plan to help cover the projected $922 million deficit in next fiscal year’s approximate $20 billion budget.
