CT: Family and Children’s Agency continues to make a difference

For nearly 75 years, the Family & Children’s Agency has become one of the largest change-makers in Fairfield County working with individuals across the life cycles. The agency opened its doors in 1942 as the Family Service Bureau of Norwalk focusing primarily on offering counseling services for women and families who experienced difficulty coping with stress, separation and loss during World War II.
